Pricing Changes

On October 1st, we're switching to a new, more practical pricing model. The new model will split your plan into two fees:

1. An upfront cost per FitMachine, and
2. An ongoing usage-based subscription fee.

This change was motivated by flexibility and fairness.

Splitting the model allows you to pay for FitMachines using your CAPEX budget instead of OPEX, and means each month, you only pay based on your usage. With our ongoing usage-based subscription, you'll pay for each hour that your asset runs. That means if your machine isn't running, we won't charge you for it, and you can expand to machines that run less at a fairer price.

You will also be able to tailor how much you want to pay each hour per asset through our volume discount. That means the more FitMachines you buy, the lower your hourly rate.

This change will only impact you upon your next renewal. So if you've got questions, or are unsure how this will apply to you, don't worry. We'll contact you at the appropriate time when your subscription renewal is coming up.
